By using Kawn you agree to these terms. Kawn is provided by Tariq Al-Aqrabawi (tariq@teknawi.net). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Educational content

Kawn is an educational reference. We work to keep it accurate, but content may contain mistakes or become outdated, and it is not professional advice of any kind. Do not handle wild animals or eat plants or fungi based on anything shown in the app.

Third-party content

Species data and photos come from iNaturalist and their photographers, article text from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0), and space data and images from NASA, JPL, NOAA and The Space Devs. Each item keeps its own license and credit, shown next to it. NASA and the other sources do not endorse Kawn.

Ask Kawn

Answers from the science guide are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Check important facts in a reliable source.

Kawn Pro

Kawn Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks the Pro features on every device signed in to the same Apple ID and can be restored with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You can delete yours at any time from Me - Settings - Delete account. Please do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or overload the servers.

Liability

Kawn is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page.

محتوى تعليمي

كون مرجع تعليمي. نحرص على دقة محتواه، لكنه قد يحتوي على أخطاء أو يصبح قديمًا، وليس استشارة مهنية من أي نوع. لا تتعامل مع الحيوانات البرية ولا تأكل النباتات أو الفطريات اعتمادًا على ما يعرضه التطبيق.

محتوى الجهات الأخرى

تأتي بيانات الكائنات وصورها من آي ناتشراليست ومصوّريها، ونصوص المقالات من ويكيبيديا (رخصة CC BY-SA 4.0)، وبيانات الفضاء وصوره من ناسا ومختبر الدفع النفاث والإدارة الوطنية للمحيطات والغلاف الجوي وفريق ذا سبيس ديفز. يحتفظ كل عنصر برخصته ونسبته المعروضتين بجانبه. ولا تتبنى ناسا أو المصادر الأخرى تطبيق كون.

اسأل كون

تُولَّد إجابات المرشد العلمي بنموذج ذكاء اصطناعي وقد تكون خاطئة. تحقق من المعلومات المهمة في مصدر موثوق.

كون برو

كون برو عملية شراء داخل التطبيق لمرة واحدة تعالجها آبل. يفتح الميزات المتقدمة على كل جهاز مسجل بحساب آبل نفسه، ويمكن استعادته عبر زر استعادة المشتريات. تتولى آبل طلبات الاسترداد.

الحسابات

الحساب اختياري، ويمكنك حذفه في أي وقت من ملفي - الإعدادات - حذف الحساب. يُرجى عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين أو إثقال الخوادم.

المسؤولية

يُقدَّم كون كما هو دون ضمانات في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامه.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وستُنشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة.
