Delete your Kawn account

Accounts are optional in Kawn. If you signed in with Apple and want your account removed:

  1. Open Kawn and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account record (Apple user identifier, email, name) and all synced favorites and progress are deleted from our server immediately and permanently. Favorites saved on your device stay there until you remove the app.

What is not affected

A Kawn Pro purchase belongs to your Apple ID, not to the Kawn account, and can still be restored.

Can't open the app?

Email tariq@teknawi.net from the address linked to your account (or tell us the private relay address) and we will delete it within 7 days.

You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Kawn in iPhone Settings - your name - Sign-In and Security - Sign in with Apple.

حذف حسابك في كون

الحساب اختياري في كون. إذا سجلت الدخول بحساب آبل وتريد حذف حسابك:

  1. افتح كون وانتقل إلى تبويب ملفي.
  2. اضغط الإعدادات.
  3. في قسم الحساب اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.

ما الذي يُحذف

يُحذف سجل حسابك (معرّف مستخدم آبل والبريد والاسم) وكل المفضلة والتقدم المتزامن من خادمنا فورًا ونهائيًا. تبقى المفضلة المحفوظة على جهازك حتى تحذف التطبيق.

ما الذي لا يتأثر

شراء كون برو مرتبط بحساب آبل الخاص بك وليس بحساب كون، ويمكن استعادته دائمًا.

لا تستطيع فتح التطبيق؟

راسلنا على tariq@teknawi.net من البريد المرتبط بحسابك (أو أخبرنا بعنوان الترحيل الخاص) وسنحذفه خلال 7 أيام.

ويمكنك أيضًا إيقاف تسجيل الدخول بآبل لتطبيق كون من إعدادات الآيفون - اسمك - تسجيل الدخول والأمان - تسجيل الدخول بآبل.
